We're now accepting vendor registrations for our three key events in the 2026 season, and we have a new All-In Vendor Bundle that secures your spot in the Vendor Village for all of them. FEES, INCLUSIONS & LOGISTICS

  • Vendor Fee: $125 per event (covers up to 4 staff members).
  • Arrival/Setup: Early setup is available Thursday or Friday.
  • Camping: Free primitive camping is available Thursday/Friday nights for vendors.
  • Power & Water: NOT PROVIDED. Vendors must bring their own generators and water supply.
  • Operating Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Setup must be complete by 10:30 AM Saturday).

VENDOR RULES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Self-Sufficiency: Vendor provides all booths, equipment, and cleanup.
  • Safety: Vendor must follow all park and safety guidelines.
  • Damages: Any damage caused to the venue is the vendor's responsibility.
  • Placement: Booth locations are assigned by the event team and are final.
  • Licensing: Food vendors must possess valid insurance and licensing.
  • Staff Waivers: All staff and visitors must sign the Iron Mountain waiver --> Sign Waiver
