Iron Mountain Resort LLC ("Iron Mountain Resort", "we") operates Iron Mountain Park, Iron Mountain Garage, the Trading Post and The Grille at 116 Iron Mountain Pkwy, Dahlonega, GA 30533. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect. Name, phone number, email and mailing address you give us when you make a reservation, buy a parking pass, rent a vehicle, drop off a vehicle for service, buy parts, or contact us by phone, text, chat, email or in person; vehicle details needed for service and parts (make, model, year, VIN); payment details processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers); and standard website usage data.
How we use it. To provide and support the services you asked for: reservations, passes, rentals, repairs, parts orders and customer-care communications; to send order, reservation and repair-status updates; to respond to your questions; to meet legal and safety obligations; and to run our business.
Text messaging (SMS). If you text our business number or give us your mobile number and agree to receive customer-care texts, we will use that number to reply to your inquiry and send status updates as described in our SMS Terms (https://ironmountainresort.com/sms-terms). We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, HELP for help.
Sharing. We share information only with service providers who act on our behalf (payment processing, reservation and point-of-sale software, messaging and telephone carriers, parts suppliers when fulfilling your order), and when required by law. These providers may use your information only to provide services to us.
Retention and security. We keep records as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect them.
Your choices. You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or opt out of texts at any time, by replying STOP, texting or calling 706-216-7275, or emailing orders@ironmountainresort.com.
Children. Our services are for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
